1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.propertyinvestor365.com (the “Site”) and all related services, owned and operated by Kanwastar Limited (RC 1770036), trading as Property Investor 365 (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Property Investor 365 provides an online platform through which users may browse listings, submit enquiries, register for investment programs, make payments, and receive updates. The Company may act as a marketing/facilitation platform connecting Investors with property developers, vendors, or investment partners (“Partners”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company is not the developer, seller, or guarantor of any listed property, and any transaction with a Partner is a separate relationship between you and that Partner.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Property Listings and Investment Information
Listings and projected returns are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Property investment carries risk, including risk of loss of capital. You should conduct your own due diligence and seek independent advice before investing.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party processors including Paystack, PayPal, and Visa. We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient authorization and funds for any payment you initiate.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund terms vary by property, event, or investment product and will be stated at the point of booking. Except where required by law, payments toward bookings or investment commitments are non-refundable. Disputes should be directed to dpo@propertyinvestor365.com.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape data without consent, impersonate others, or upload harmful code.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is the property of Kanwastar Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Links and Partners
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or Partners. Transactions with a Partner are solely between you and that Partner.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific investment return, appreciation, or yield.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanwastar Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Kanwastar Limited against claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for conduct that violates these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, then submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
